(A) What should you do in case of a damaged/different product/missing product?

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged (manufacturing defects) (or) defective, (or) if the merchandise delivered is different (or) missing from what you had ordered, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours on contactus@bedcetera.in of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

(B) What is the Exchange/Return policy?

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds (or) exchanges for any products (or) services sold through Bedcetera.

(C)How can I cancel my order?

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING - If the request is made before warehouse dispatch, the money will be refunded to the same account used for payment within 7 working days of the cancellation request.

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING - If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our helpdesk at contactus@bedcetera.in.
