Your request for return or replacement will be processed within 10 days of raising your request via the contact details mentioned above. If your request is not processed within 10 days, please get in touch with us again.

Once we review your request and assess the product, we’ll suggest the best possible resolution. This may include:

- Other suitable refund methods,as considered appropriate by Bedcetera.

3. Return Eligibility
Your order is eligible for a return or replacement if the product shows signs of visible defects or damage – in terms of quality, colour or size.
To help us process your return or replacement smoothly, please ensure that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are complete and intact.
NOTE: If the product shows signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations that were not reported at the time of your initial request, we may have to decline the return.
